Off the sitting room there is a reading area leading onto the garden. There is a selection of books, DVD’s, music and board games, WiFi, flat screen television, DVD and CD player
KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS
There is a well-equipped kitchen which opens onto the dining area and sitting room. The dining table sits eight comfortably
BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms upstairs. The two front rooms have French windows opening onto the balcony, so you can enjoy the view over the Rhone valley
The master bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms have 2 single beds with the option of pulling out a low bed, so three can sleep in each room

When the extra bed in the third bedroom is pulled out there is limited floor space between the three beds. As an alternative, the sofa bed downstairs can be used
SOFA BED
The sofa bed is in the reading area which opens onto the sitting room.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms - upstairs there is a bath with the option to shower, a bidet and toilet. Downstairs there is a walk-in shower and toilet
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE
The lawn allows for outside dining in summer. There is a garden table and seating for 8
The garden slopes down to the garage below, accessed by 50 steps. There is a bench for you to rest and to take in the view
